Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness across the property, which was consistently upheld. The swimming pool was a highlight — clean, well-kept, and ideal for relaxation.

In 16 days of touring and traveling India, we stayed in 7 different 5 stars, very good hotels, but this one was definitely the best of them all. Facilities are excellent starting with the lobby and restaurants, the gym and the pool. The rooms are big, convenient and indulging , great shower and bathtub. But above all - the staff was incredible! All of them always smiling and willing to help, caring about our overall feeling and doing their best to make us comfortable and satisfied

Above all, the service in the hotel deserves a score of 10. The location of the hotel is perfect for me because the companies I work with are 10 minutes' drive from the hotel. The breakfast, as well as the buffet offered by the hotel, is perfect, and I have yet to say enough about the professionalism of the staff in the restaurant! The choice of food for breakfast is more than enough! and in addition, you can choose something special and the staff, the chefs will meet you!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mum and it was just a real treat to have such a comfortable and lovely hotel to stay at after all the travelling around India. The decor is great, the beds are super comfy. The toilet seat is even heated it's just lovely. Massive bath tubs. I've stayed in a few crowne plazas in the UK but this one beats them all. The staff are lovely also very helpful. Only 25mins from airport so good place for each access to your flight. The food is great, I had struggled on this whole trip as my body doesn't do to well with spices and I have a dairy allergy. The breakfast was great, a great range of international dishes, fruits and continental. Dinner was also great, from a cold bar, to Indian and Asian dishes. Kebabs. I'm vegan and have a dairy allergy, the chefs came over to me and explained all foods in th3 buffet that are free of dairy and if I wanted them to make me anything they would. The spa is lovely also, nice way to de stress as Delhi can be hectic. My mum and I have aroma massages and scalp massages. They were great. Thank you. Only Downfall is there is a club of some sort close by, you can see all the lights from our room and the music is so loud, goes on till a out 3am I could still here. Nothing they can do though. Also I would ask for the music in the bar when you first enter the hotel to be a bit more chilled and quieter. I love my music but sometimes it's hard to think when sorting things at reception and all you need is some nice background music not loud rap music lol. Thank you, I'd definitely stay again.

A wonderful place to stay. All requisite amenities available within the hotel to make the trip comfortable. Clean room, modern interior , very well kept and maintained. Special mention to the Cafe G staff for their friendly, attentive, smiling and courteous behaviour, especially Gaurav Singh and Rubina.
